HELP! My coconut oil has turned white & solid!

Don't panic. Pure coconut oil turns cloudy below 24°C and solidify below 18°C. This does not affect the quality of the coconut oil. It will turn liquid again above 24°C. It is best to store bottled coconut oil away from high heat and direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required.

If coconut oil solidifies, just stand the bottle in a bowl or a cup of warm water (not hot!) until it reverts to liquid before using it. If you prefer using your coconut oil in liquid form, leave your bottle outside your air-conditioned room or inside the bathroom and drawer where it is warmer, that way you can always enjoy it in its liquid form.
